Ingredients
175gramsflourabout 1.4 cups
2eggs
2tablespoonsmilk
25gramscocoa powderabout 3 heaping tablespoons
25gramssugar2 tablespoons
0.5teaspooncinnamon
0.5teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon together in a large bowl. If the cocoa powder has chunks, sift it together with the flour to get a smooth consistency.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the sugar, eggs and milk.
Use a fork to mix the ingredients until a shaggy dough forms, then use your hands to bring the dough together and knead until a smooth ball forms.
Cover the dough and place in the fridge to rest for at least 20 minutes.
Liberally dust your work surface with flour and shape the dough into your desired pasta shape. To make simple noodles, use a rolling pin to roll out the dough out into a thin sheet, then roll up the sheet into a carpet and use a sharp knife to make straight downward cuts in your desired noodle width.
To cook, bring a large pot of water to boil (no salt) and then boil the pasta for 3 minutes.
