12Swiss chard leavesdestemmed and washed
2canstuna in oil or water (about 200 grams)
1canchickpeasabout 250 grams)
1cupbasmati ricecooked

Instructions
Prepare all the vegetables per the post and ingredient list indications.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Drain the tuna.
Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix to incorporate well. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference.
